На сегодняшний день проблема парковки является весьма актуальной для крупных мегаполисов. Увеличение количества автомашин, к сожалению, не сопровождается увеличением количества стоянок. В настоящей статье предпринимается попытка анализа основных достоинств и недостатков наиболее распространенных вариантов решения проблемы парковки, после освещения которых вниманию читателя предлагается ознакомиться с основами авторской концепции «разумной парковки». В ее основу положена идея правового компромисса. На базе нее выделен ряд наиболее значимых принципов организации парковочного пространства.

Today, the problem of parking is very relevant for large metropolitan areas. The increase in the number of vehicles, unfortunately, is not accompanied by an increase in the number of parking lots. This article attempts to analyze the main advantages and disadvantages of the most common solutions to the problem of parking, after highlighting which the reader is invited to get acquainted with the basics of the author’s concept of «reasonable parking». It is based on the idea of legal compromise. On the basis of it, a number of the most significant principles of the organization of parking space are identified.
