Russian Federation
The article is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of one of the key institutions of criminal procedure law in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus from the standpoint of identity and difference. The author also gives an assessment of the place of the charge in the system of characteristics of the typical criminal procedure models of both countries.
