Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of a study of Russian Federation economic security increasing issues based on ensuring technological independence and competitiveness. Unused reserves and opportunities have been identified that can be effectively used by our country in the process of global competition in the context of the transition to a new technological structure. Opportunities for increasing the interest of Russian business in the development of scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activity have been identified.
