Abstract (English):
On November 16, 2023, the Department of Philosophy of the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, with the support of the Nizhny Novgorod Branch of the Russian Philosophical Society, organized and held an interuniversity round table dedicated to the World Philosophy Day. The round table was attended by scientists from Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, Volgograd, Irkutsk, Omsk, Orel, Simferopol, representatives of the clergy, students of the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Scientific events dedicated to the World Philosophy Day are traditional for the Nizhny Novgorod Academy. In 2023, the general topic for discussion was “Issues of improving the general humanitarian training of specialists for public service in modern conditions”.
