В статье представлены особенности цифровизации и применения технологий блокчейна в повышении устойчивости региональной экономики. С этой целью изучен опыт экономически развитых стран в области развития рынка криптовалют, основные риски и угрозы экономической безопасности блокчейна. В статье выделены основные факторы, риски, новые направления применения технологии блокчейн в процессах управления имуществом, формирования реестров недвижимости, хранения персональных данных с целью повышения устойчивости региональной системы.

The article presents the features of digitalization and the use of blockchain technologies in increasing the sustainability of the regional economy. For this purpose, the experience of economically developed countries in the development of the cryptocurrency market, the main risks and threats to the economic security of the blockchain have been studied. The article highlights the main factors, risks, new areas of application of blockchain technology in the processes of property management, formation of real estate registers, storage of personal data in order to increase the stability of the regional system. The main factors of these processes are the methods of state regulation, financing of regional digitalization projects, economic support for scientific developments in the field of digitalization and blockchain, training in regional higher educational institutions in these areas of specialization.
