В статье рассмотрены основные закономерности развития современной экономики в свете дальнейшего развертывания научно-технической революции. Показано, что поиск решения возникающих проблем возможен только на пути выхода в надсистему, при рассмотрении их только как элемента разрешения более общей проблемы — определения места, роли и смысла общественно-полезной деятельности человека при развитии современных информационных технологий.

The main patterns of development of the modern economy are considered in light of the further deployment of the scientific and technological revolution. It is shown that the search for a solution to the emerging problems is possible only on the way to entering the supersystem, when considering them only as an element of solving a more general problem — the definition of the place, role and meaning of socially useful human activity in the development of modern information technologies.
