В статье анализируются особенности расследования сбыта поддельных денежных купюр через интернет-ресурсы. Рассматриваются материалы судебно-следственной практики по указанной категории уголовных дел, а также специфика производства таких отдельных следственных действий, как осмотр, назначение судебной экспертизы и следственный эксперимент. В ходе исследования выявлен положительный опыт противодействия рассматриваемой разновидности фальшивомонетничества и сформированы рекомендации по расследованию данных преступлений.

The article analyzes the features of the investigation of the sale of counterfeit banknotes through Internet resources. The materials of forensic investigative practice in this category of criminal cases are considered, as well as the specifics of the production of individual investigative actions, such as inspection, appointment of a forensic examination and an investigative experiment. In the course of the study, a positive experience of countering the considered variety of counterfeiting was revealed and recommendations for the investigation of these crimes were formed.
