В условиях возросшего количества угроз одним из действенных инструментов повышения эффективности управления имеющимися ресурсами остается стратегическое планирование. Статья посвящена анализу процессов развития стратегического планирования России на современном этапе ее развития. Автор приходит к выводу, что в настоящее время Россия находится на седьмом этапе истории становления стратегического планирования, которая берет свое начало с момента образования современного российского государства. Каждый из этапов развития является закономерным следствием учета критики и опыта стратегического планирования, его документального сопровождения, выстраивания системы документов стратегического планирования, их мониторинга и исполнения. На основании проведенного исследования современного состояния стратегического планирования в России делается вывод о ближайших перспективах его развития и проблемах, которые необходимо будет разрешить на этом пути.

Strategic planning continues to be one of the most successful methods to enhance the efficiency of the management of existing resources to cope with increased risks. The article is focused on the analysis of Russian strategic planning at the current stage of its development. The author concludes Russia is currently in the seventh stage of the development of strategic planning, which originates from the moment of the formation of the contemporary Russian state. Each stage in the development of strategic planning is the result of considering the criticism and experience of strategic planning, its system of strategic planning documents. As for the current state of strategic planning in Russia, the conclusion of our research is the identification of immediate prospects of development and formulation of the problems that will have to be resolved along the path.
