На базе Закона Российской Федерации о поправке к Конституции Российской Федерации от 14 марта 2020 года № 1-ФКЗ «О совершенствовании регулирования отдельных вопросов организации и функционирования публичной власти» в статье предпринята попытка с критической точки зрения оценить отдельные вопросы совершенствования системы органов исполнительной власти.

On the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation on the amending the Constitution of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2020 no. 1-FKZ "On improving regulation of certain issues of the organization of public power", the article attempts to critically assess certain issues of improving the system of executive authorities.
