Актуальность рассматриваемой проблематики состоит в том, что одним из важнейших средств борьбы с коррупцией является совершенствование законодательных основ по ее противодействию. В этой связи целью исследования авторского коллектива стал анализ законодательных основ борьбы с коррупцией в ведущих государствах мира. В качестве методической основы при проведении исследования использовалась совокупность общенаучных и частнонаучных методов. В процессе исследования авторским коллективом были отмечены важнейшие тенденции, связанные с коррупционными проявлениями в обществе. Это происходит потому, что в борьбе с коррупцией существует так много точек зрения, что нам буквально нужна армия людей, готовых принять вызов и победить ее. При этом у различных государств существует масса способов оказать влияние и внести свой вклад в искоренение коррупции. В процессе исследования авторский коллектив пришел к выводу о том, что в настоящее время для борьбы с коррупцией создаются политически значимые коалиции. Борьба с коррупцией в условиях двадцатых годов нынешнего тысячелетия ведется на двух уровнях: во-первых, на международном уровне с помощью многосторонних конвенций и, во-вторых, на национальном уровне с помощью законодательных основ в отдельных странах. Оба эти уровня достаточно подробно рассмотрены авторами на основании проведенного исследования. Новизной проведенного исследования является авторское видение актуальных проблем противодействия коррупции за рубежом в начале 2020-х годов. Данное исследование проблем коррупционной преступности может послужить методической основой по подготовке различных документов в сфере противодействия коррупции правоохранительных органов нашей страны.
he relevance of the issue under consideration is that one of the most important means of fighting corruption is to improve the legislative framework for countering it. In this regard, the aim of the research team was to analyze the legal framework for fighting corruption in the leading countries of the world. A set of General scientific and private scientific methods was used as a methodological basis for the research. In the course of the research, the author’s team noted the most important trends related to corruption in society. This is because there are so many points of view in the fight against corruption that we literally need an army of people ready to take on the challenge and defeat it. At the same time, various States have many ways to influence and contribute to the eradication of corruption. In the course of the research, the authors ‘ team came to the conclusion that currently, politically significant coalitions are being created to fight corruption. The fight against corruption in the context of the twenties of this Millennium is conducted at two levels: first, at the international level through multilateral conventions and, secondly, at the national level through the legislative framework in individual countries. Both of these levels were considered in detail by the author’s team on the basis of the research. The novelty of the research is the author’s vision of actual problems of countering corruption abroad in the early 2020s. This study of the problems of corruption crime can serve as a methodological basis for the preparation of various documents in the field of anti-corruption law enforcement agencies of our country.
